PERFORMANCE SERVICES

Since 1985, O-T-O Dance has specialized in creating site-specific works for proscenium theatre, wilderness environments, parks, plazas, urban architecture and associated spaces. The company, its technical personnel, musicians and performing artists welcome the opportunity to work with sponsors in creating performances for specific areas or events. The challenges involved in this form of work offer many possibilities of creative adventure and bring a unique form of art to the community through the resulting performance. O-T-O Dance travels with its own tech crew, and will work with house personnel on all technical duties including: Trapeze Rigging, light cueing, (we even bring our own color), video and sound. We are flexible, and will do what it takes to produce an exciting performance work within the framework

of the presenter’s financial resources. Because of our years of experience creating

performances in all sorts of venues, we take a great deal of the work load off of your in house crew.

COMMUNITY/RESIDENCY SERVICES

O-T-O Dance offers workshops, lecture demonstrations, and master classes in: modern dance, creative movement, low flying aerial dance, improvisation, choreography, jazz, lighting design for dance, music composition for dance, and career guidance. O-T-O Dance is experienced in working with special populations, the elderly, the gifted and physically challenged. Company residencies can range anywhere from one day to one week or more, depending on the community goals.

COMMUNITY COLLABORATIONS

A number of our dance works have been created in collaboration with composers, video artists and poets.

O-T-O Dance encourages presenters to bring artists and arts groups together in creating original integrated performances works, specifically designed for and by the community.
